Former Nominated Senator Gloria Orwoba has opened up about her life, and finally disclosed the main reason why she started being disloyal to the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) party.
The former legislator has infact revealed that what pushed her to go against the ruling party was because of how it had been giving false promises to Kenyans.

This is something that her conscience could not allow her to continue being a part of, and therefore she had to chart her own, different path, with regards to her political career.
A good example of this is how the government allegedly failed to deliver on the promise that it had given to Kenyans, regarding the jobs abroad.
Gloria Orwoba revealed this while responding to some netizens, who had trolled her in her latest Facebook post for being without a job, hours after she was dismissed from the UDA Party.
One netizen by the moniker of Nichoo Kibs said to Gloria Orwoba:
“Ulicheza Na kazi yko thinking that you will be spared coz you are a woman, now see you are desperate jobless person, utatoa wp pesa ya campaign Sasa 🤣🤣”.
In her response, she said:
“Kazi yangu sikudanganya wakenya. Kama hio ndio ilikua kazi…wacha nilee watoto nikitafuta kazi ingine Bobasi”.
Another netizen by the moniker of Victor Okinda Dhi Duke also said to Gloria Orwoba:
“Next time you get nominations, tafuta Hon Irene Nyakerario Mayaka akupe manual ya kuwa loyal to the party that sponsored you, siyo hizo kiherere na too much lipstick na kuruka ruka kwa kila aspirant, loyalty, faithfulness to the party is always number one” he said.
Gloria Orwoba however responded by saying:
“Congratulations to her loyalty. I have a problem of dignity, I cannot trade my dignity”.
Gloria Orwoba was actually expelled from the UDA Party after the officials accused her of being disloyal to the party.
The UDA party leadership was actually not pleased by how she was recently showing support for Dr. Fred Matiang’i, who has the intention of being a direct rival to President William Ruto in the 2027 general elections.
