Raila Odinga has now received good news as fresh reports reveal that he may be given a job by the government of William Ruto. According to the emerging reports, William Ruto has been pressurised by his close allies to give the former prime minister a job for the good of Kenya. Recently, Raila Odinga reacted to Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua’s speech during a thanksgiving service in Uasin Gishu County. Gachagua had noted that the Ruto administration will first prioritize giving positions of leadership to its allies before considering those who were against the Kenya Kwanza Alliance.
According to Ruto During the Kenya Kwanza manifesto launch reiterated that the main cause of living standards going high was a result of a handshake between veteran opposition leader Raila Odinga and former President Uhuru Kenyatta. Uhuru later dismissed these allegations laid upon him by his deputy saying that the main purpose of their handshake was to promote peace and unity in the county so that people can live beyond the political differences. Uhuru later argued that the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine was the main cause of high Living standards, which Ruto dismissed.
