Media personality Nancy Wanjiku Karanja, alias Shix Kapienga has brought back fond memories after sharing a Tbt photo of herself way back in 2013.
She was named the best Media Influencer at the annual Pulse Influencer Awards in October 2021, which were held at the PrideInn Azure in Westlands, Nairobi.
Following a downsizing at the media station, the media personality was among those let go by Royal Media Services in 2020.She was a presenter at RMS-owned Hot 96 at the time.
Shix remembered it as an incredible journey working at Hot 96 and building a large fan base for their reggae show. She also expressed gratitude to her co-host, Rapcha the Sayantist.
