The video that Lillian Nganga shared was actually the one that was taken recently, when she threw an exquisite party to celebrate her 40th birthday.
In the video, it was clear that the sassy author and entrepreneur looked ravishing in a black dress, and her make up was also on point.
One angle of the video however showed how her stomach was bulging at the beginning, and this is what led to some two netizens speculating that she was expecting a baby.

The comments by the two ladies prompted Lillian Nganga to make things clear.
The former Machakos First Lady said that she was not pregnant as speculated.
