Renowned televangelist Benny Hinn recently prayed for Patience Rwabwogo, daughter of Uganda’s President Yoweri Museveni, during his three-day Healing Crusade in Kampala.
This comes a year after he prayed for Charlene Ruto, daughter of Kenya’s President William Ruto, to find a husband.
The emotional moment, where Patience was moved to tears, has sparked hope among Ugandans that she will find a spouse soon, given Hinn’s global reputation as a powerful preacher.
On June 30, 2025, at Rubaga Miracle Centre, Hinn’s crusade drew over 500,000 people from 37 nations.
During the event, Hinn prayed for Patience, an active preacher herself, blessing her life and ministry.
Posts online captured the heartfelt scene, with users noting her emotional response as Hinn interceded for her and the nation.
President Museveni and First Lady Janet, who hosted Hinn at Nakasero State Lodge, also received prayers for Uganda’s prosperity.
In February 2024, Hinn prayed for Charlene Ruto during a crusade at Nyayo Stadium in Nairobi. Charlene, who expressed her passion for serving Kenya’s youth, requested prayers for a supportive husband to join her mission.
Hinn circled her seven times, praying for a spouse who would strengthen her calling.
Despite the prayers, Charlene, now 31, remains unmarried with no public rumors of dating, even after past speculation linking her to gospel singer Daddy Owen.
This has led some Kenyans to question the outcome, though others defend her, saying marriage is a sacred journey requiring time.
Patience’s prayer has renewed public interest, with many hoping Hinn’s blessings will lead to her finding a partner soon.
