Political analyst Mutahi Ngunyi has admitted that the 2023 Financial Bill fronted by the Kenya Kwanza regime will pass into a law irregardless of all the forces.
Taking it to his twitter account, the former Uhuru’s technician assistant claimed that the bill will only fail if Ruto is incompetent which he admitted that Ruto is not incompetent. The renowned scientists then pleaded with the Azimio team to give President Ruto to run his government after which if he fails the Kenyans will judge him.
“Ruto has to do what Ruto has to do. The #FinanceBill2023 will pass. If it does not, it is because he is politically incompetent . And Ruto is far from being incompetent. Give the man a chance to execute his vision. Then leave it to the masses to judge. It’s that simple,” Mutahi Ngunyi posted.
This comes as pressure is amounting of President Ruto with many Azimio coalition members accusing the Head of State of being unable to run the government as he promised.
