Beautiful photos of OCS Agnes Mudigani Ndanu have emerged online as the police officer remains at the centre of an ongoing investigation into an alleged domestic violence incident in Kasarani, Nairobi.

The images, widely shared on social media, show Ndanu enjoying different moments, posing stylishly and attending social events.

The photos have attracted significant public attention as Kenyans continue to follow developments surrounding the case.

Ndanu, 35, is accused of allegedly pushing her 27-year-old girlfriend, Nicole Akinyi, from the sixth floor of an apartment building after an alleged disagreement following a night out. The incident left Akinyi with severe spinal injuries and multiple fractures, reportedly leaving her paralysed from the waist down.

Speaking from her hospital bed at Kenyatta National Hospital, Akinyi claimed that the confrontation turned violent after they returned home.

She alleged that Ndanu struck her with a bottle before the situation escalated, eventually leading to the fall from the balcony. These claims remain under investigation.

Reports indicate that before the incident, Ndanu had been serving as the Officer Commanding Station (OCS) at the International Life House Police Post.

She was reportedly transferred to Matungulu Police Station about 10 days before the alleged incident occurred.

Videos and photos shared online before the incident also showed the pair enjoying themselves at a nightclub. However, investigators are now working to establish what transpired after they returned to their residence.

The case has drawn widespread public interest after Akinyi’s family alleged that Ndanu used her position as a police officer to intimidate and silence the victim. Those allegations have not been proven in court.

Following the incident, footage also emerged showing fellow officers escorting Ndanu away from an angry crowd outside the hospital as tensions continued to rise.

The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) and the Independent Policing Oversight Authority (IPOA) have both launched investigations to establish the circumstances surrounding the incident and determine whether any criminal offences were committed.

As investigations continue, Kenyans are closely following the case while awaiting official findings from the relevant authorities.

No court has found Ndanu guilty of any offence, and she remains presumed innocent unless proven guilty in accordance with the law.
