Senator Khalwale, visibly grieving, shared that Moi might have been under the influence of alcohol when he visited the bull just before the fatal encounter. Expressing his sorrow, Khalwale mentioned, “I had just given him his salary. It appears that he passed by the local drinking den. He liked the bull, so he might have come over to see him.”
