The court has extended conservatory orders suspending the implementation of the Finance Act 2023.
Busia County Senator Okiyah Omtatah being the complainant in the petition he has reacted to the extension of suspending the implementation of the Finance Act 2023.
Through his official social media platforms, Senator Okiyah Omtatah said that Hon Magure Thande has extended the conservatory orders until 10th July 2023, at 2:00PM when the ruling will be delivered and direction given.
Senator Okiyah Omtatah went ahead to note that the implementation of the Finance Act 2023 still stands suspended, in accordance with the orders issued on 30th June.
