The President of the Cameroon Football Federation (FECAFOOT) is now a father under pressure after his daughter Nieves aged 24 years old decided to sue him for failing to support her financially as was declared by a court of law in Madrid way back in February.
According to the ruling, the legendary soccer star was established as the biological father to Nieves thus aligning him to a mandatory monthly allowance payment to his daughter.
Sources have however reported that Eto’o has since declined making payments as stipulated by the court’s ruling. As revealed by Sportskeeda, Nieves now wants his father to be compelled by law to make payments worthy KES 13.8M every month.
The FECAFOOT president is yet to make a statement over his daughter’s latest move. However, what remains clear is that any matter that arises from courts of law must always be solved in the same courts. It is how Eto’o and his legal team will go about the issue that will either save him the millions of money or otherwise pay the allowances to his daughter.
