Social media is set to inform and entertain but it seems the internet users have set out to hurt instead. Many celebs are oftenly hit by this inhumane act. Let me tell you guys, if this will not be mitigated then trust you me, majority of our celebrities will keep on languishing in depression and hence their mental health keeps on deteriorating on daily basis. This could push some to do drugs or sometimes resort to just giving up.

Zuchu has today on Thursday, October 6 has been subjected to massive cyber bullying after posting through her Instagram, her photos from her latest song ‘Kwikwi’. She was seen in an orange biker and a white top.

Most of her fans flooded her page with heaps of insults. Most of the netizens claimed that Zuchu is ‘shapeless’. Do not body shame someone before millions claiming you are just joking. The nasty joke you put could be encouraging others to follow the suit.

Even if you are attacking a celebrity on the basis of moral grounds, openly embarrassing one is not the only way. If I may ask , can’t these people inbox her instead of shaming her publicly? Making fun of one sexuality openly is unjustifiable. If you are truly concerned, why not engage a conversation on one to one. Instagram or whichever social media you are using has given you an alternative platform to converse with the intended audience privately. Why then dry the dirty linens in the open.

The point is not to support each and every post no matter how absurd it is, but to embrace a correction measure that sets out to develop not to ruin. The mental health of the celebrities also matter. They are not made of iron as they seem, they get hurt and their hearts bleed silently behind the doors.
