Suba North MP Millie Odhiambo has reacted to a video of two women assaulting a man for failing to pay after the act.
The video which circulated on social media captured two women believed to be sex workers pulling a man and trying to prevent him from running away.
The video caught the attention of MP Millie Odhiambo who noted that the man was pleading with the public to help him from the two women who were assaulting him after he allegedly failed to pay after the act.
However, what left Millie Odhiambo wondering is how members of the public instead turned against the man and pressured him to pay for the services rendered. Hence, Millie Odhiambo questioned whether the public have established their own law where it is legal to benefit from the proceeds of prostitution.
“There is a video where a man is being assaulted by two women for failing to pay after the act. He is pleading with the public to help him and everyone is shouting ” Lipa”. It appears the public have established their own law where it is legal to benefit from the proceeds of prostitution.” Reads Millie Odhiambo’s reaction.
