A new opinion poll by Mizani Africa reveals a tightly contested parliamentary race in Embakasi East Constituency following the latest report that the incumbent MP Babu Owino could be leaving for a different elective seat in the country.
According to results shared on the Mizani Africa official X account, Francis Mureithi leads the pack with 30.7 percent support. Ricardo Nyantika follows at 23.7 percent, while Cosmo Choy trails with 11.9 percent.
The poll shows 33.7 percent of voters remain undecided a bloc large enough to determine the final outcome.
Mizani Africa described the race as fluid, noting that undecided voters hold decisive power in shaping who will succeed the current lawmaker.
With no clear frontrunner commanding an outright majority, the contest remains wide open as the electorate weighs its options ahead of the upcoming election.
