Lenny, the driver of the luxurious tour van “Mood,” has spoken out regarding George Ruto’s recent KSh 14 million investment in the custom-built vehicle. According to Lenny, the investment—although substantial—has great potential for profitability and could be recouped within just two years.

George Ruto, the son of President William Ruto, made headlines after unveiling the eye-catching van, designed to offer high-end travel experiences for both local and international tourists. The vehicle, which has quickly attracted public attention, is equipped with modern amenities including plush seating, entertainment screens, Wi-Fi, and a minibar, setting a new standard for luxury road travel in Kenya.

Speaking in a recent interview, Lenny expressed strong confidence in the business model behind “Mood.” He revealed that the van is already attracting clients, including celebrities and corporate groups, who are willing to pay a premium for exclusive travel experiences. “At the current rate of bookings and demand, the KSh 14 million can be recovered in two years or even less,” Lenny said.

He added that Kenya’s growing tourism industry, especially in the domestic travel segment, offers a fertile ground for such innovative ventures. Lenny also highlighted the importance of quality service and consistent branding, noting that the success of “Mood” lies not just in the luxury features but also in the memorable experiences it promises to deliver.

The van has been praised for raising the bar in the local tour and transport industry and has become a trending topic among travel enthusiasts. With smart marketing and continued demand, George Ruto’s investment could prove to be not only visionary but also financially rewarding in the near future.
