Appearing before the justice Aggrey Muchelule led tribunal earlier today, Commissioner Irene Masit’s legal team shocked the audience with claims that Kapseret constituency member of the national assembly Hon Oscar Sudi Visited Yaya Centre.

It was alleged that Oscar Sudi, a key ally of president William Ruto, visited the four dissenting IEBC commissioners Juliana Cherera, Irene Masit, Francis Wanderi and Justus Nyang’aya at the Yaya apartments.

However, appearing before the Tribunal and after being grilled by the third petitioner’s lawyer, Yaya Centre through the accommodation manager Mr Simon Miller stated that the claims are not true to the best of his memory.

He stated that there were no records, either at the reception, or even car logs to suggest that MP Oscar Sudi visited Yaya Centre in a development that left the claimants in a difficult position as they did not produce any evidence to prove their allegations. Lawyer Donald Kipkorir, on behalf of Commissioner Irene Masit, had made the allegations.
