A Kenyan nanny in Saudi Arabia used TikTok to air her complaints about her employer. The woman, @mumkadesh, reportedly gave her a lion since she is a devoted fan of the popular TikToker Nyako.
When a Saudi Arabian woman sent Nyako a picture of a lion and was blocked, it went viral online. She was urged to save her money by other women who worked in the Gulf countries. “Hio ni salary ya miezi mbili,” the woman said.
The woman’s actions infuriated other Gulf workers, who chastised her for squandering their pay. TikToker user @mumkadesh claims that Nyako, a popular TikToker , blocked her after sending her presents.
The woman, who had backed Nyako , the newly chosen TikTok president , turned to the platform to air her complaints.
As a nanny in Saudi Arabia, @mumkadesh surprised Nyako with a lion worth KSh 50,000 during the TikTok livestreams . The woman was called out by other Gulf ladies, who said the lion was worth two months of her life.
