International election observers specifically those from Southern African Development Community Electoral Observation Mission (SEOM) have disclosed to the public what was discovered in thousands of ballot boxes that led to a conclusion that presidential election results were manipulated in favor of Her Excellency President Samia Suluhu.
As indicated by the team of international election observers, on the material day when the actual voting was taking place, there were multiple orderly stacked ballots and that led to a conclusion of a possible ballot stuffing that gave advantage to Samia Suluhu over her other opponents.
Aside from that, the observers also pinpointed that in thousands of polling stations across the great republic of Tanzania, some people “cast more than one vote at one time” and that definitely interfered or rather altered the election results outcome. At per the source, the intension of casting more than one vote was to cheat the election system.
As a result, SADC was forced to conclude that the presidential election in Tanzania was not credible, free, and fair, and that Samia Suluhu’s win was not a true reflection of the people’s will.
In the just concluded polls, Tanzania’s National Electoral Commission (NEC) declared Samia Suluhu Hassan winner after claiming that she garnered 31,913,866 votes out of the possible 32,678,844 votes. She clinched the country’s top political seat after securing 98% of the casted votes.
