Gospel singer Triza Njeri has once again set social media buzzing after hinting she might be preparing for a wedding, just days after her second public fallout with husband Karangu Muraya.
In a recent post, Triza told her followers, “Be prepared with vitenge, we will use them” a phrase that in Kenyan culture often signals wedding plans.
The statement quickly fueled speculation that she could be moving on with someone new.
The couple’s relationship has been rocky for months. Earlier this year, Triza accused Karangu of abandoning her and their children after taking a second wife, Carol Kim.
Though they briefly reunited during her album launch, where Karangu gifted her about KSh 700,000 and helped her land brand deals, tensions resurfaced.
The latest fallout came after a leaked audio revealed Karangu gossiping about her with former friend Tata Essy. In the clip, Essy mocked Triza’s struggles after leaving the marriage, claiming she even wore worn-out underwear.
The remarks sparked fresh drama online. Karangu later apologized publicly, but Triza said he had blocked her and refused to engage further.
Adding to the intrigue, Triza has been spotted in the company of two different men in recent months, her Mzungu boss, often seen dancing with her, and her makeup artist.
She hasn’t confirmed any relationship, but her cryptic message and confident online presence have convinced many she’s ready for a fresh start.
