Recent developments have surfaced regarding the death of blogger Albert Ojwang, as DCI are now linked to the murder.
According to the report from the Wednesday edition of People Daily Newspaper, one suspect, constable Mukhwana ha exposed the DCI who picked Ojwang from Homabay.
Constable James Mukhwana, who is presently in custody, has made a startling admission that implicates his superior, Central Police Station OCS Samson Talaam and DIG Lagat.
Mukhwana claimed that the detectives who brought Ojwang to central police station were in constant communication with OCS Talaam and Langat.
According to Mukhwana, when DCI arrived at Central they didn’t engage anymore but they were on a phone call while speaking in Kalenjin.
He didn’t understand what they w ere talking but he could hear OCS Talaam’s voice on the other end of the call.
This has revealed that the DCI were in constant communication with top officials even while on their way from Homabay to Nairobi.
Initially, Mukhwana refrained from disclosing crucial information but ultimately confessed upon recognizing that his colleagues were pinning the murder solely on him.
