Tess shared that her journey into motherhood was far from smooth. She experienced painful losses that left her emotionally broken and struggling to understand why life had become so difficult. While many people around her expected her to stay strong inside she was fighting silent battles that few could see.

 

According to Tess, losing a child was one of the hardest experiences she had ever gone through. The pain affected every part of her life including her emotions, relationships and daily routine. She admitted that there were moments when she felt hopeless and alone. The grief became too heavy and she slowly started battling mental health challenges such as stress anxiety and emotional exhaustion.

She explained that many mothers go through similar struggles but suffer in silence because society expects women to always appear strong. Tess said she often cried privately and questioned herself during those dark moments. At one point she felt like giving up because the emotional pain became overwhelming.

However Tess said her healing journey began when she accepted that she needed help and support. She started opening up to close friends family member and professionals who helped her deal with the pain she had been carrying for a long time. She also learned the importance of talking about mental health openly instead of hiding emotions.

Tess revealed that prayer, self-care, and surrounding herself with supportive people played a major role in helping her heal. Slowly she began rebuilding her confidence and finding peace within herself again. Although the memories of her losses still remain painful she says she has now found strength through her healing process.

Today, Tess hopes her story will encourage other women going through similar struggles not to suffer alone. She urged mothers to seek help whenever they feel emotionally overwhelmed and reminded them that healing takes time.
