In a fiery speech delivered at a Thanksgiving Mass in Kisii County today, President William Ruto vowed to go after corrupt cartels who are undermining his government’s efforts to fight corruption.

President Ruto said

Ruto’s speech was directed at a group of cartels who have been benefiting from corruption in the Ministry of Health. These cartels have been accused of siphoning off millions of shillings from the National Health Insurance Fund. Ruto has been a vocal critic of corruption, and he has promised to crack down on. His speech in Kisii was seen as a sign of his determination to fulfill that promise.

Ruto’s speech was met with cheers and applause from the crowd. Many Kenyans are frustrated with the level of corruption in the country, and they are looking for a leader who will take a tough stance against it.

Only time will tell whether Ruto will be able to fulfill his promise to crack down on corruption. However, his speech in Kisii suggests that he is willing to take on the challenge.
