The Chief Principal of St. Joseph’s Girls Senior School Kitale Dr. Rosebella K. Munzala has addressed a report that was published by one of the newspapers, where it was allegedly published that a student of the said school was found in possession of a gun at school and the girl was arrested.
According to Chief Principal Mrs. Munzala, she has clearly refuted the claims that investigations were conducted at her school and that no student has so far been arrested, over the said allegations. She has further gone ahead saying that, the officer who claimed to have conducted search at the school and found the girl with the gun, to come forward and tell the public where exactly he found the gun and at what time.
The Chief Principal has requested the public to ignore that information which according to her, it is meant to tarnish the image of the school. Additionally, the school has communicated on their official Facebook page that, they are looking forward to handling this matter in a legal way. They have assured parents that everything at school is running as usual and that there is no need of panicking.
