On Friday former president Uhuru Kenyatta paid a visit to State House where he had a good day with president William Ruto.
Uhuru had joined the president and other African leaders for a meeting to discuss the situation in Congo.
However, his interaction with president Ruto left many wondering if really the meeting was about the Congo war or they had inner issues to address.
Lawyer Wahome Thuku has come out to allege that the two leaders were talking about the Kenyan politics and more importantly the Mt Kenya region votes.
He alleged that Uhuru will stop supporting Matiang’i who had been alleged to be his project and will not be supporting Ruto.
He said Uhuru’s visit to State House is prove that he is not sponsoring Matiang’i and bloggers should stop claiming so.
“It’s in today’s tour that Uhuru has taken a retreat and promised not to support Dr Fred Matiangi and instead, to throw his weight behind Kasongo. So therefore, henceforth, lets not hear that Matiangi is an Uhuru project. Unless you want to continue confusing yourselves.” Wahome said.
