Pastor and motivational speaker Robert Burale has responded to the renewed public interest regarding his former marriage following statements made by his ex-wife, Rozinah Mwakideu. The TV personality had a while back commented on their failed marriage in an interview that went through social media wide controversy and gossip regarding the two’s past.
On his social media platforms, Burale clarified in a personal statement that regardless of the gossip and rumour surrounding his personal life, God’s plan of life is still intact. “When God calls you, no gossip nor misinterpretation can waylay His plan. I stand firm knowing that His purpose for me still stands,” he clarified.
The inspirational speaker highlighted the importance of being gracious, forgiving, and remaining true to one’s call from God even in the face of public judgment. He also went on to suggest that he has no malice against his former wife and called for his followers to choose healing and purpose over judgment.
Reactions online were varied, with some members of social media lauding Burale for maturity and self-control, while others could not help reminding him of his past relationship. The majority of them valued him for standing firm and abiding by his belief despite the returned limelight.
Burale, a celebrity pastor, life coach, and established star, has spoken openly repeatedly about his dark past, including his short-lived marriage, as a warning to others from which to draw lessons.
