Celebrated Bahari FM presenter Momo Kalume Mwambaru has opened up about her life and revealed to the whole world that she is no longer a married woman.
The sassy queen, who normally hosts the late night show dubbed Wimbi La Baraka, has actually officially gotten divorced from her little-known husband, by the moniker of Munga.
According to Momo Kalume Mwambaru, a court in Mombasa today granted them the wish to be officially divorced after them living separately for 7 years.
The Bahari FM presenter revealed this via a post that she made on her Facebook account on Friday, the 19th of June, where she further disclosed that she has been raising their child on her own since the split happened.
“Divorce is not something to be celebrated because it is not an easy decision to make. I got married in 2016, but by bad luck I and Munga separated. Today a court in Mombasa has okayed our divorce officially after 7 years of living alone and raising my child on my own.
Many used to see me smile, but you did not know what what going on behind the curtains. I have decided to make things clear because I know there are those who did not know while others suspected it to be so. Others had reported that I had been dumped and I thank God.
I’m officially Divorced. I have not come to look for sympathy but I just wanted to make things clear to anyone who wanted to know. Have a good day…” she said in part.
