David Ndii has become the first Senior Official from Kenya Kwanza government to react to the kidnapping and killing of former treasury official Tom Osinde. The former treasury official was reported missing few days ago only for his decomposing body to be retrieved from River Kuja in Migori County. Tom Osinde has become the first Senior official to die in unclear circumstances during the administration of President William Ruto. Two suspects linked to the death of Tom Osinde are allegedly said to be in custody and are assisting in investigations.
However, President William Ruto’s Economic Advisor has questioned activist Boniface Mwangi after linking the National Police service with the disappearance, torture nad murder of Ken Osinde. The vocal activist claimed after taking Power President William Ruto alleged that he had disbanded the killer squad that had been formed during the Former regime but the death of Osinde has raised serious questions.
