Comedian Nasra Yusuff shared a heartwarming moment on social media after helping a fan launch her chapati hotel business.

The fan, a mother of a child with cerebral palsy, had struggled to find employment and needed financial support to start her new venture.

Kenyans were deeply moved by Nasra’s generosity, praising her on social media for going beyond words to make a tangible impact.

The woman initially reached out to Nasra via social media, explaining her situation. “Hello Nasra, how are you doing today? I don’t know if you’ll see this, but to be honest, I need help.

Today I walked in the CBD but could not find a job. I have a child with cerebral palsy who is on weekly therapy,” she wrote.

She had already secured a premise for her hotel but lacked capital for essentials like flour, cooking oil, and charcoal.

Responding to the plea, Nasra and her team visited the woman at her new hotel. A video shared on January 27 shows Nasra sitting inside the humble establishment, smiling as the fan, wearing an apron, prepares chapatis.

The comedian embraced her warmly, encouraging her to succeed and to help others in the future. “We are praying for you that the business becomes successful so that you can also help others.

One day, when someone cries out for help, you will remember them,” Nasra said, wiping away tears before joining her team to enjoy the freshly made chapatis.

The video quickly gained traction online, with many Kenyans lauding Nasra for her kindness. Joe Sure Irosh commented, “Love is the biggest religion.

It’s the greatest commandment. Nasra Yusuff, Allah bless you.” Cecilia Maina added, “I love this. The kind of actions that make my heart soft,” while Joselyne Ambogo praised the chapatis themselves, noting, “And her chapatis are very legitimate.”

Through her actions, Nasra Yusuff demonstrated the power of compassion, turning a simple act of support into a moment of hope and inspiration for both the fan and the wider community.
