Sky Victor, the daughter of the late gospel singer Betty Bayo, has openly spoken about the love and care she receives from her two fathers, Pastor Kanyari and her stepfather, Hiram Gitau, acknowledging how fortunate she feels to be supported by both.
In a recent video, Sky addressed online chatter tagging her as indifferent, explaining that her tiredness in a now‑viral clip was due to lack of sleep from travelling not a reflection of her feelings. She made it clear that she doesn’t have a favourite dad, emphasizing how both men have shown deep care for her and her siblings. Sky said she appreciates the different ways each father supports her: while her biological dad speaks to her often, Tash has been a steadfast presence at home, available for conversations and emotional support after school.
“I do not have a favourite dad. I am blessed with two awesome fathers I love both of them equally,” she said, adding that their actions from financial contributions to everyday care show their commitment. Sky also highlighted how Tash continues to be actively involved in their lives despite their mother not being around, underscoring the special bond they share.
Sky’s comments came amid public speculation about a custody conflict between Kanyari and Tash. She used the opportunity to defend both men and urge social media users to stop spreading rumours during what remains a sensitive period following her mother’s passing. Meanwhile, Pastor Kanyari reportedly agreed that the children stay with Tash temporarily to provide stability, reflecting a cooperative approach to co‑parenting.
Fans and followers responded positively to Sky’s message, with many celebrating her gratitude and the healthy family dynamics she described.
