President William Ruto’s advisor professor Makau Mutua has reacted through his official X page hours former deputy president Rigathi Gachagua suffered blow in the High Court.
Yesterday the former deputy president Rigathi Gachagua suffered a bow after the High Court rejected his second attempt to have a three-judge bench disqualified from hearing his impeachment case.Judges Freda Mugambi, Eric Ogola, and Anthony Mrima will continue hearing the case.
According to him the former deputy president Rigathi Gachagua seeking compasation after his impeachment as the second in command of the republic of Kenya.
“Disgraced ex-DP Gachagua is clutching at legal straws. He now wants to be pai for being impeached after the court dismisses again his challenge of DP Kindiki’s incumbency. Lawyers are laughing all the way to the bank”. Said Professor Makau Mutua.
It’s now a matter of wait and see what happens in the coming hours if Rigathi Gachagua’s camp will respond to him or not.
