Fresh details have emerged out that Kenyans have been selling their body organs especially the kidneys, at Mediheal Hospitals in the country for a motorbike and Ksh130,000 cash. Hence the reason why most vulnerable people were enticed to sell their organs in order to change the lives fortunes.
According to a report by the People Daily Newspaper headline today, Kenyans have been selling their body organs to get a motorbike for running a bodaboda business. They were also being given Ksh130,000 cash as a refund extension while the brokers in the body organs trafficking scandal, have been pocketing up to Ksh29.5 million after selling the organs in abroad.
The ministry of health officials are on the spot for keeping a blind eye on the matter despite several early reports. It is therefore believed that there are senior individuals in the ministry which aided that crime through Mediheal Hospitals for kickbacks.
