Even though Jackie Matubia’s motherhood journey may look perfect due to the photos that she posts, recently she has disclosed to the whole world that she also faces some common day to day parenthood challenges.
The award-winning actress infact recently opened up on how her first-born daughter Zari Wanjiku left her shocked with her actions.
This was after the actress learnt that the 7-year-old is interested in some teen stuffs, something that the young one had kept a secret from her of course.
According to Jackie Matubia she was recently surprised after going through Zari’s things, and found out that she usually secretly writes some teen content on her diary.
This surprised her because at first, she never even knew that her daughter even had a diary in the first place.
“…so I decide to through it (the diary) coz I’m like, I don’t think Zari is at that age of journaling. Huh! Shocker to me! Shocker. It was a shocker.
Let me tell you, this girl has been journaling. There’s one I saw and it was a secret and I was like shaking and I’m like what I’m i supposed to do, should I confront her, should I call the dad…” Jackie Matubia said in part.
Even though Jackie Matubia never revealed what her daughter wrote, the discovery surprised her so much that she had to call her baby daddy Kennedy Njogu so that they could talk about it.
The man who is also a pilot further decided to even do some more research, on how to handle their daughter at that age.
