A man from Kericho has moved many people online after sharing a painful message about the end of his five-year marriage.

Mutish Mutinda said he never imagined that his relationship with the woman he loved would come to an end. In an emotional post, he spoke about heartbreak, family struggles, and his hope for a better future.

According to Mutinda, things changed after his wife got a job. He said he was shocked when their marriage later broke down, as he had expected them to continue building their life together.

Despite the pain, Mutinda said he does not hate his former wife. Instead, he wished her peace, happiness, and success in life.

He explained that life has taught him that people can change and sometimes choose different paths, even after sharing many years together.

The father said his biggest concern is their son. He urged everyone involved to put the child’s needs first and allow him to receive love and support from both parents.

Mutinda added that children need guidance from both their mother and father and hoped that disagreements between adults would not affect the boy’s future.

He also revealed that some family members failed to support him during the difficult period. Although this hurt him deeply, he said he has chosen to focus on healing rather than dwelling on disappointment.

The heartbroken father said he will continue working hard, trusting God, and rebuilding his life. He noted that challenges may slow him down, but they will not stop him from moving forward.

Mutinda also shared the values he believes make relationships stronger, including patience, respect, understanding, and forgiveness.

As he ended his message, he said he holds no grudge against anyone. In a touching final statement to his former wife, he wrote: “I loved you, Mama Kipkoech.”

His emotional post has attracted many reactions online, with some people encouraging him to stay strong while others praised him for handling the separation with maturity.
