Donald B Kipkorir has once again praised Water, Sanitation and Irrigation Cabinet Secretary Eric Muga’a, describing him as a public servant who has stood out in government.

Kipkorir said Muga’a “may be the only public servant that will leave public office without having been corrupted.”
