Former Mombasa County governor Ali Hassan Joho on 2nd November afternoon resurfaced online with a bold message to kenyans following the death of a popular musician Ali Bi.

Speaking via his official twitter handle, Joho mourned Ally B describing him as a legendary musician who had inspirations for numerous musicians in the coastal region.

“It is with deep sorrow that I have learnt of the passing of a legendary musician Ali Khamisi Mwaliguli also known as Ally B. The ‘Ziki la Nazi’ hit maker has been a wellspring of inspiration for numerous emerging musicians in the coastal region and the country at large”, he wrote

“My heartfelt condolences and profound sympathies extend to all his friends and family as we collectively mourn the loss of this truly remarkable and humble musician. May Allah (SWT) grant you all the strength and patience needed during this trying time. Inna lillahi wa Inna Ilaihi Raji’un”, he added.

His statement comes off a day after reports circulated alleging.the sudden death of Ally B, a popular kenyan musician from mombasa who was well known to ‘ Maria ‘ song.

On the other side, president William Ruto and his deputy Rigathi Gachagua are currently in Mombasa and expected to launch several government projects.
