George Ruto was spotted in Nairobi’s Central Business District taking a casual stroll with a beautiful lady.George, known for his flamboyant matatu empire and creative ventures, was dressed simply in a checked shirt and khaki trousers, while the unidentified woman wore cream pants and a black top.
The two appeared to be sharing a light-hearted conversation, with the lady occasionally laughing and gesturing, hinting at a close rapport between them.
The pair were seen walking toward a parked white SUV, enjoying what seemed like a relaxed moment away from the hustle and bustle of their usual engagements.
Passersby familiar with the matatu boss quickly began recording the interaction, fueling speculation on social media.
Though her identity remains unknown, fans have been quick to wonder if this marks the beginning of a public romance or simply a friendship.This rare sighting comes days after George Ruto unveiled his latest project—a Ksh14 million custom-designed matatu—at a high-energy youth concert at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC).
The event included prayers, a blessing of the new matatu, and performances that drew large crowds, eventually leading to traffic disruptions around the area.
The new matatu boasts high-end features such as bucket seats with cup holders, charging ports, air conditioning, push-to-start ignition, solar power, and DJ decks installed in the cockpit, setting new standards in Kenya’s public transport industry.
George has five siblings, one brother, Nick Ruto and four sisters Stephanie, Charlene, Callie and Nadia Cherono Ruto.
Beyond his entrepreneurial interests, George is a licensed pilot registered under Kenya Airline Pilots Association (KALPA).
