Evangelist Mary Lincoln, has issued a strong warning to individuals she claims are holding secret meetings aimed at destabilising her ministry. Mary Lincoln is a Gospel singer and head pastor at Priesthood Fellowship Church in Ruiru.

Speaking ahead of a weekly prayer rally with Bishop Mwangi Zakayo in Kamutiini on Monday, November 3, 2025, Mary Lincoln said she had received reports that a group of people had been plotting to cause division within her fast-growing church.

“You don’t know where I met with God. Those holding late-night meetings to bring down this church should understand that this is not Mary’s church — it is God’s. The pulpit belongs to Him, not to man,” she declared.

According to the preacher, intelligence reaching her indicated that the clandestine meetings are taking place in hotels, where participants allegedly discuss ways to discredit or take control of the church’s leadership.

She condemned such actions, warning that any attempt to interfere with God’s work would ultimately fail.

“Some of you sit in hotels discussing how to destroy a church you didn’t build. Be warned — this is a holy sanctuary established by God. I left my career as a brand ambassador to fully serve Him. This is not a personal venture but a divine assignment,” she said.

The evangelist further noted that some meetings reportedly run late into the night, forcing attendees to be escorted home by their peers. She urged those involved to desist, saying the church’s mission was purely spiritual and rooted in divine purpose.

Mary Lincoln’s remarks come just six months after she was officially commissioned as bishop of the Priesthood Fellowship Church’s Ruiru branch. The ceremony, presided over by Bishop Mwangi Zakayo, marked a major milestone in her ministry.

During the commissioning, Bishop Zakayo and other senior church leaders laid hands on her in prayer, symbolically conferring authority and blessing her leadership. The event, which she later celebrated on her Facebook page, was described as both a “divine calling and a sacred responsibility.”

“This assignment is not just a role; it’s an opportunity to expand God’s kingdom with humility, faith, and obedience. I thank my spiritual father Bishop Mwangi Zakayo for trusting me with this responsibility,” she wrote at the time.

Since assuming leadership, Mary Lincoln has focused on strengthening the church’s spiritual foundation through prayer rallies, mentorship programs, and community outreach. She maintains that her calling is to serve faithfully and safeguard the sanctity of God’s altar.

“If a church belongs to a person, it can be destroyed. But if it’s God’s, no force can prevail against it,” she affirmed.
