Dr Fred Matiangi is one of the most famous people in the republic of Kenya. He is one of the Uhuru’s former cabinet secretaries who failed to get a job in the new goverment. He served as the minister of education and later on the minister of Internal security and coordination during Uhuru’s regime.
Now, today, people daily has come out to reveal Dr Matiangi’s current job, a year after elections. As seen from their newspaper, Matiangi is now working in State University of New york (SUNNY). People daily reports that the former minister is mainly operating from his Karen residence and he occasionally travels to New York for work related duties.
Matiang’i is known for his tough talking nature which made him one of the most feared ministers. He left a good legacy in the ministry of education where he managed to curb all examination malpractices. However, after his exit, he became haunted by the police over unclear reasons.
