Kenyan entertainer DJ Dibul, known for being the partner of actress Dorea Chege, has found himself at the center of social media drama after a photo of him with a female fan went viral.
The picture, which was reportedly taken in Naivasha during one of his gigs, has sparked unfounded rumors, with some netizens alleging that the woman, identified as Agnes Kimani, is his baby mama.
The mixmaster has been vocal in refuting these claims, taking to his social media pages to set the record straight. According to DJ Dibul, the woman in question is simply a fan who approached him for a selfie during his performance.
He expressed frustration over the narrative being pushed online, calling it false and harmful to his relationship with Dorea.
“People are so evil. She is just a fan. Even if you check her posts, she shared when I was in Naivasha for a gig,” he wrote, urging people to stop twisting stories to fit their own agendas.
In response to a blogger who fueled the speculation, DJ Dibul pleaded for respect, saying, “Please respect my family. You’ve just decided to write lies. Enemy of progress.”
Agnes Kimani also came forward to deny the allegations. She clarified that she has never dated DJ Dibul and only met him once. “I just know him from TikTok.
I took a photo with him, and now people are spreading lies. It’s really hurting me, especially on Facebook,” she said, revealing the emotional toll the rumors have taken on her. Both parties have urged the public to stop spreading misinformation and respect their personal lives.
