The platform offers transparent investment tracking, single-digit interest mortgage financing, and flexible Tenant Purchase Schemes (TPS) that allow buyers to clear balances conveniently over extended periods.
Furthermore, government housing planners emphasized that these master-planned estates feature essential elder-friendly infrastructure, including ground-floor accessibility, integrated health clinics, green open spaces, and reliable security.
