Grief and confusion have gripped a United Democratic Alliance (UDA) stronghold in the Rift Valley after a heart-wrenching double tragedy struck a sitting Member of County Assembly (MCA). The politician is mourning the sudden and unexplained deaths of both his wife and daughter—within hours of each other.
According to family sources, the MCA’s wife was found unresponsive in their bedroom early Saturday. Though rushed to a nearby hospital, she was pronounced dead on arrival. Shockingly, the couple’s teenage daughter also collapsed later that day and died under eerily similar circumstances.
The heartbreaking turn of events has left residents and leaders across the political divide stunned, with many demanding answers. Medical personnel raised alarms over the back-to-back deaths, prompting an immediate police investigation.
