Tanzanian gospel star Christina Shusho is urgently asking Kenyans for help.
She is trying to locate her Kenyan colleague Marion Shako but has been unable to reach her.
Now she’s appealing to the public to help track her down.
Shusho shared her plea on Instagram on January 23, 2026, explaining that she has been unable to contact Marion Shako, a well‑known gospel artist from Kenya. In her message, she asked followers to help tag and reach out to Shako so they could reconnect.
“Somebody help me, I’m looking for my sister @shakomarion. Please help me reach her,” she wrote, noting she has been on a journey of prayer and fasting and wants to find her friend.
Marion Shako rose to fame in the Kenyan gospel scene with soulful worship songs that blend Swahili and English, including the hit track “Ahadi Zake,” which made her a household name. She has received various awards and recognition for her contributions to gospel music and has been influential as both a worship leader and recording artist.
Shusho’s message reflects concern and love for Shako, showing how gospel artists often form close bonds across East Africa’s music community. Her call to action is resonating online, with fans sharing the post in hopes of reconnecting the two musicians.
