Cebbie Koks has raised alarm over a disturbing trend where waiters in some nightclubs are being dressed in school uniforms.

In a powerful message shared on social media, she warned that such practices are not creativity, but rather a dangerous move that could normalize child sexualization.

She reminded people that school uniforms are symbols of innocence, learning, and growth. By introducing them in adult spaces like clubs, the moral line between children and adult entertainment is blurred. According to her, this not only disrespects education but also creates harmful associations that predators can easily exploit.

Cebbie explained that the act indirectly sexualizes the image of schoolchildren, which could fuel harmful fantasies and normalize exploitation. She also cautioned that when society gets comfortable with child-like imagery in clubs, it creates an environment that can encourage grooming behaviors.

She went on to add that mixing symbols of schools with adult leisure erodes cultural values and weakens respect for education. In a time when the country is battling femicide, homicide, and rising cases of abuse, she stressed that society cannot afford to play around with the innocence of children.

Cebbie called on clubs, event organizers, and creatives to show responsibility in branding. She also urged authorities to step in and ensure the practice stops immediately.
