Kenyan singer Arrow Bwoy recently opened up about the intense experience of witnessing his partner, fellow artist Nadia Mukami, give birth to their child. In a candid interview, Arrow Bwoy described the emotional rollercoaster he went through while inside the delivery room, admitting it was a moment that gave him deep anxiety.
The musician shared that although he was excited to become a father, the actual experience of seeing Nadia in pain during labour was overwhelming. “It was my first time witnessing childbirth, and honestly, ilinipea wasiwasi (it made me very anxious),” he revealed. He went on to explain that the process made him realize just how strong women are and gave him a new level of respect for mothers.
Arrow Bwoy admitted that at one point, he was scared something might go wrong. Seeing Nadia struggle through labour pains made him feel helpless. “You want to support, but there’s nothing you can do except be there for her,” he added.
Despite the fear and tension, the couple welcomed a healthy baby boy, and the experience has since brought them closer. Arrow Bwoy described the birth of their son as one of the most beautiful moments in his life, despite the anxiety that came with it.
The couple, both successful musicians, continue to share their journey of parenthood with their fans. Their story highlights the emotional challenges and deep joy that come with welcoming a new life into the world.
