Controversial Kenyan singer and businesswoman Esther Akoth alias Akothee has claimed that her life is in danger.
To prove just how serious things are, the ‘Benefactor’ hit maker has even been forced to acquire services of the police, so that they can escort her.
According to Madam Boss, she had to acquire the services while she was recently in Migori County.
Well Akothee disclosed this in a latest post on her Instagram stories, where she shared a short video clip of the police car that was escorting her as shown in the link below.
Why Akothee feels she is not safe in Migori.
Akothee’s move to claim that her life is not safe comes just three months after she claimed that some Migori politicians were not happy with her visiting her hometown.
This is because they felt like she was somewhat a threat to the elected leaders of the region, by the way she was doing various projects.
Madam Boss disclosed this in late October, where she even clapped back at the leaders and made it clear that she had zero interests in politics.
“Well Migori this evening I will speak. No one can intimidate me or Limit me. I built my brand outside politics without any politicians support 🙏 some of them even never wanted to associate with me during the time I was building my brand. Most of them saw me as a joke” Akothee said in a social media post.
She added;
“I am not in Migori to replace anyone. I have no interest in County politics I am doing the job I am good at doing and what I was appointed for 🙏. Mapenzi inikoseshe usingizi na halafu local side shows za politics pia iniitoe Roho 🤔”.
The mother of five also said:
“You want me to start waking in Migori like someone who has leprosy? Because of politics? I am from Migori, I was born in Migori and I was married in Migori, but I was unable to stay in my marriage. I have built my home in Migori and it is here in Migori that I will bring the husband I want to live with, so no one can stop me from coming to Migori”.
