The Azimio la Umoja one Kenya Coalition’s chief Raila Odinga was among top leaders that were present during the flagging of medicine consignments to 47 medical facilities in Mombasa.
However speaking as captured by Azimio TV, the veteran opposition leader was amazed by Mombasa birth rate at the same time making a major Announcement on ODM National Grassroot Elections.
According to the report, Mr Odinga has announced that ODM party will hold their National Grassroot Elections next year February urging all kenyans to rally behind the party as it seeks to rejuvenate.
” Kama ODM, tutafanya uchaguzi mwaka ujao mwezi wa pili. Na mwaka huo tutasajili wanachama wapya kama wa ODM”, he said.

” As ODM, we will hold our national grassroots elections in February next year. And that year, we will register new members “, he said.
His statement comes off in line with ODM party’s move of seeking to revive their bases which Ruto’s Kenya Kwanza government has taken over.
It should be noted that Ruto’s UDA is set to hold their grassroots elections this year in December, a move that has allegedly caused division.
