The Supreme Court has finally shared names of Supreme Court Judges who are expected to hear presidential petition if filed. Raila Odinga, the runner-up in Kenya’s just concluded presidential election has rejected, saying the announcement of the winner was illegal. Raila Odinga cited a split in the electoral commission and Chebukati’s failure to explain how he came up with the final results. He therefore rejected the presidential results.
Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Alliance Presidential candidate Raila Odinga is therefore heading to the Supreme Court of Kenya to challenge the presidential results announced by IEBC Chairman Wafula Chebukati.
Speaking at KICC on Tuesday, the former prime minister, Raila Odinga said he will explain all available legal options to shoot down the results announced on Monday.
He further faulted Chebukati for bullying his way to announce the results without seeking the input of IEBC commissioners.

Therefore the Supreme Court Judges who are prepared to hear presidential petition are: Chief Justice Martha Koome, Deputy Justice, Philomena Mwilu, JusticeWilliam Ouko, Justice Mohammed Ibrahim, Justice Skokin Wanjala, Lady Justice Njoki Ndung’u and Justice Isaac Lenaola.
