Kenyan media personality Andrew Kibe has given fans a rare glimpse into his private life after introducing his eldest son during a livestream, attracting reactions from viewers who commented on the young man’s appearance and resemblance to his father.
Kibe, who is based in the United States, made the introduction during a live broadcast recorded in a studio-style setting. The outspoken media personality was seated behind a microphone wearing headphones when he invited his son to join him on camera.
In a video circulating online, Kibe gestured for the young man to move closer so viewers could see him clearly. He introduced him while making a light-hearted remark about fatherhood.
The moment quickly attracted attention in the livestream’s comment section, where viewers shared different opinions about the young man’s looks. Some made unflattering remarks, while others observed similarities between him and Kibe.
The media personality reportedly responded to some of the negative comments in his usual outspoken manner, demonstrating that he was aware of the reactions from his online audience.
Despite his frequent presence on social media, Kibe has generally maintained a level of privacy around his family, particularly his children.
According to reports by TUKO.co.ke, the former radio presenter is a father of four and has previously spoken about his decision to shield his children from the attention associated with his public profile.
His decision to introduce his eldest son during the broadcast therefore offered viewers an uncommon opportunity to see a member of his family.
The clip has since generated discussion among Kenyans online, with many focusing on the young man’s appearance and the similarities between father and son.
Kibe remains a prominent online personality known for his outspoken opinions on relationships, lifestyle and social issues. However, the livestream moment shifted attention from his usual commentary to his family life.
While reactions have varied, the introduction has given fans a glimpse into a side of Kibe that he rarely shares publicly.
