The young man approached the podium area and took off his t-shirt to show off the tattoo, drawing an emotional reaction from Babu Owino, who could not hide his surprise and excitement at the gesture.
The MP was heard remarking in disbelief, asking whether the tattoo had really been drawn by the young man, before adding that Nairobi residents would end up overwhelming him with love and affection.
