Additionally, it showcases President Ruto’s achievements, including his CGH (Chief of the Order of the Golden Heart) title and his PhD credentials.
However, the presence of a visible phone number has sparked curiosity, with many Kenyans questioning the advertisement’s purpose and funding.
Responses online have been varied. Some users displayed confusion, feeling that the message lacked clarity and context.
Others criticized the advertisement as unnecessary, raising concerns about whether public funds were utilized during a time of economic difficulties.
