Celebrated Kenyan musician Nadia Mukami has made a public plea for the return of her red Gucci cap, which was reportedly taken from a Nairobi restaurant.
Sharing her appeal via Instagram Stories, Nadia urged whoever took the expensive cap to return it and even offered a reward for its safe return.
She also humorously asked fans if they knew of traditional methods she could use to retrieve it.
The incident occurred while Nadia, a mother of two, was attending a meeting with her friend Robert at Taidy’s Tavern in Upper Hill.
She had left her original red Gucci cap on the table and noticed it missing a few minutes later. “I left it at the table, and a few minutes after I got out, I sent someone back, but I was told it was no longer there.
If you know you have seen that cap or taken it, I’m begging that you return it to me,” she said.
Nadia stressed the value of the cap and humorously warned the thief. “I’m looking for someone who knows where to send those people with bees.
If you knew the price of that cap… whoever took that cap, this week bees are coming for it,” she joked, highlighting both her frustration and playful approach.
She also confirmed that a financial incentive would be offered for the cap’s return. “Anyone who gets that cap gets some good money,” she added, leaving fans amused and engaged with her post.
The story has since captured the attention of fans online, many of whom have shared Nadia’s humorous plea, offering tips and joining in her lighthearted hunt for the missing Gucci item.
While the musician has not disclosed the exact price of the cap, her creative appeal underscores both the value of personal belongings and the humorous ways celebrities can engage with fans on social media.
